Book: Paleo Diet for Athletes
Just picked this book up at Barnes and Noble today. Have not seen it previously.
Loren Cordain, Ph.D., follows his success of The Paleo Diet with the first book ever to detail the exercise-enhancing effects of a diet similar to that of our Stone Age ancestors.

I checked this book out a little bit at barnes and noble seemed very interesting. But it is geared towards the endurance athlete.

I have this book.Very good read and nice applications ideas.
