I eat them on a low carb diet but when I do, I notice some bloating. ( I think we all know what comes next Ha Ha)

Most are pretty starchy which is why most low carb diets do not use them. If you really want them, black beans and lentils are your best choices as they are higher in fiber than most. Lentils are the best choice overall.
