So i needed a low Carb meal for today and i got some sale meat from walmart.
Sweet Italian sausage quiche
Pack of sweet italian sausage (5 links, 18 oz)
8 eggs (i used giant brown)
Some chopped Onion
Cup of whole milk( use cream if you have it)
4 oz cheddar( wanted more but had to dial back calories)
1/2 cup cottage cheese
Sea salt and pepper
Brown meat add ingredients bake 350 45 minutes.
Its really tasty!
