KB Towel Swing
This is different to the towel swing that is used to correct a person's swing in the ordinary swing exercise.
This is a core exercise, and can be done standing on the spot but I can't find a vid of that on the internet, so this one will give some idea of how the stationary "Standing" Towel Swing exercise is done. Just omit the low posture, and the circular movement of the body.
When standing, hold the towel almost at the ends so that there is more force applied. Stand on one spot and swing in the same fashion as seen in the vid; or try this version, as well:
