KB: Pinch Grip Swing
No vid, I'm afraid guys I cherish our windows, so I won't be doing one either
Anyway, the exercise is for grip strength, obviously, and it's basically just the normal KB swing but instead of gripping the handle by using the palm of the hand, the fingertips are used...place fingertips to the front of the handle (as it sits on the floor, in front of you) and place thumb to the back of the handle; pick up KB an swing, as normal.
I'd imagine a very light weight would be the best thing to start out with for this one. Sounds intriguing and I may yet give it a shot but I'm not sure in this case if the 7.5kg won't prove a touch too heavy, for a female using Pinch Grip and swinging the thing.
