Default Breathing

Correct breathing is more important than you'd think and the unusual thing is that in most of the youtube vids, where you can audibly hear the people breathing as they swing the KBs, they tend to breathe out on the upward swing which is in fact incorrect.

Not many sources bother to mention the breathing pattern.
