MerlinsBones is off to a bad start
Default Hey all

I'm 52 and have worked out on and off for several years. I have more of a Frank Zane type of physique than the bigger bodybuilders and a lot of power-lifters of today. I completed my master's degree last year and found myself going to the gym less toward the end. Now it's time to go all in and get back to work.
