Default Hi all!

Hi, Im 22 years old, been lifting for about a year and a half now. i originally got into this to lose weight, i was 5'8" and 230lbs at 34%bf, i dropped to 165lbs at im guessing around 13-14% bf, did a slow bulk to where i am now at 180lbs. it wasn't until about 6 months in that i took the lifting part seriously.

then i went on a 5 day bro split which i now regret, and i realized while on the bro split that i dont really care for bodybuilding but would rather be as strong as i can possibly be.

A couple of months ago i decided to go on a powerlifting program and am loving it so far, hoping to get my lifts decent enough to do a meet within the next year to year and a half or so.
