what's up!
Hey there guy's, I'm a 39 yrs old wannabe powerlifter who has been training for about 15yrs on and off. Not until a few years back did I start taking my strength training serious. I still really don't have a clue what I'm doing sometimes, I pretty much got by on brute strength. Now I'm interested in developing a solid strength /hypertrophy program and learning from others knowledge and experience.
