New lifter with little experience looking for any advice
Squat 2 warm up sets, 3 working sets, 4-6 reps
Deadlift 3 sets 4-6 reps
Leg Press 2 sets 4-6 reps
Standing Calf Raise 3 sets 10 reps
Bench Press 2 warm up sets, 3 Working sets, 4-6 reps
Military Press 3 sets 4-6 reps
Dips 3 sets 6 reps
Weighted Sit Ups 3 sets 10-20 reps
Deadlift 2 warm up sets, 3 working sets, 4-6 reps
Tbar Row 3 sets 4-6 reps
Cable Row 2 sets 4-6 reps
Wide Grip Pull Up 2 sets 10 reps

however, you will have to train in your sport to turn any new strength into coordinated power.
