Hi Everyone:

Iím excited to join this forum. Im 48yo and made a huge transformation in early 2012 by getting serious in training and went from 301lbs to 245lbs. I have kept up the training in 2013 and ate pretty clean while adding some muscle. I am looking forward to 2014 to continue to gain, change my routine (looking for ideas), eat cleaner and maybe do a show. As an elected official of my town (i.e. Mayor), my work schedule becomes very busy but dedicate time to this training endeavor. I look forward to the forum
