Welcome! You have come to the right place for some great info. I will let the more experienced lifters answer your question. They will need more info, though. What are your goals? Where are you now in reference to those goals? Age? What kind of equipment do you have access to? Stuff like that. Good luck!

You already start by showing up at MaB with questions. Now Introduce with stats such as weight, interest, training experience and what are your goals. Don't hesitate to ask. We have a lot of good info, plenty of experience people and free judgment zone...
