Default Old face, same intensity

What's up everybody. I used to be a long-time member at M&S, but I stopped when I felt that that forum wasn't conducive to my goals. I've been lurking here for a while and I'm really impressed by the community here-lots of hardcore and hardworking people who actually lift. As a bonus, it seems as though the forum is largely ego-less, too.

A quick intro on me: I'm a 19-year-old college sophomore at Boston College. Powerlifting is a huge passion of mine and I recently competed in the NJ state USAPL meet. I can't post a URL because I don't have enough posts, but search "Henry Bolo at USAPL NJ Meet 2013 and you'll find it." If someone could post that in the meantime, I'd appreciate it.

The meet was a phenomenal experience and I can't wait to get back to meet prep for my next meet. Elite status in the 165 class here I come!

Hey man. Good to have another IPF lifter here. I compete in the CPU up north, another IPF affiliate. Great lifting, you have plenty of years left still as a junior, too!

Yeah unfortunately I missed the rack commands, which is a dumb mistake to make. But hey, it was my first meeting and the embarrassment of missing two great squats will definitely stick with me for the future.

If you practice the cues honestly in the weeks leading up to the meet, I can't see why you wouldn't have any cue problems. My problem is that I didn't practice the cues.
