this is Pankaj aged 46 Indian and a fitness freak out but from last year i had this problem of lumbar spondolysis owing to which i am unable to lift weight and bend forward. friends advice me to workout home and give me tips which would enable me to get my body in shape

Hello, nice to meet you all.

My names Dan, I'm 123kg/270lbs and BF is 19%. I have been training for the last 5 years. Have competed in raw powerlifting for the last 3 years.

Best lifts have been 275kg squat, 182.5kg bench and 280 deadlift

I have recently changed my training goals due to various reasons to being a bodybuilder. Will be looking to get on stage next year and see how I do.

Yes I will be starting up a training log here.

I will continue to train for brute strength but my main focus will be of a slightly vein nature shall we say.
