Hello all. My name is Jacob and I am currently in the USAF training for my current specialty. I got into fitness after high school, and have slowly been getting into a steady routine. I have an interest in strongman and highland games, but have a long ways to go before I can even think to participate.

I have several goals for fitness. First is to reach a body weight of 190 with minimal slop (work dictates my waist may not exceed 39" or get above 20% bf), be able to run a sub 7 min mile, and be able to ruck 12 miles with 90lbs.

Long term I want to beat my dads max bench of 475 and be able to reach fullsterkur status with a Husafell stone.

Hello! My name is Lorin aka Greu.

I've started lifting two years ago and for the past year and a half I was extremely inconsistent, barely making and strength and muscle gains, got fat because I thought that eating tons of food will put muscle and ended up with 20% body fat at this very moment.

Most of the gains I've made are from the last 4-5 months.

My main goal at the moment is to lose some fat (get under 15% body fat) so I can then focus on a slow bulk while hopefully maintaining the same body fat, gaining muscle slow and increase strength.

I've joined the forums because I've heard that all the people here are respectful, polite and helpful, great traits that few people have today unfortunately.
