To give other members a better idea on your routine, you probably should start your training log in the training logs section.

Default High Hopes and Goals

Hello everyone. I'm Mike and I'm from Canada. I have involved in weight training off and on for years. I trained in Martial arts for over 25 years and deicided I need a new direction. I can handle myself in a fight although I hate fighting (watching it is another thing, I love cage fighting).
For about a year now I have gotten more serious about lifting and after volunteering at a strongman competition last year I think I would like to give it a try. Come Sept I want to try a competition; hey, it doesn't hurt to try does it? What I would like to know is if anyone out there has tried and had success or failure using Prelipin's Principle to increase strength.

Welcome to the forum Mike.

We have quite a few strongman competitors here. Hope you will stick around, start up a log and join us.

Let us know if we can help in any way.
