Hi, I'm Ken Banks, 36-year-old natural competitive bodybuilder, with an eye on competing in my first powerlifting competition in 2013. I really enjoy creating homemade workout equipment, as well!

Awesome! As soon as I've made 15 posts on the forum, I can start posting links to my homemade equipment videos. I made a really good glute-ham raise, as well as a Prowler, and a hamstring slide. It's rapidly turning into my second hobby (with a strong tie-in to my first, of course).

Welcome James. Best place to start, IMHO, the training logs. Jump in, get your feet wet and lift heavy...
