Hi everyone my name is Kevin and i been lurking around Muscle and strength and muscle and brawn, decided to join M&B today and will join M&S. I just started dougs 4 day split. 16 years old, living with my dad so we both decided to start to workout together, he's currently doing the same workout im doing. One thing i changed is abs and im going to do them on off days. Im the sports kind of guy so all my cardio is done through sports like baseball, basketball, etc

Hi Kbeast, welcome to MAB.
While training 4 days per week using a body part split can be useful for some people, since you've only started training I recommend you use a full body routine - and you will find several great ones on this site.

I personally can't recommend 'Doug's 4 day split' either, since Doug lies about his achievements and has no verified credentials. I cannot find any pics of him, or evidence of him ever being a body builder.
