Hi everyone. My names Mike. I'm 42 and I have been lifting for 15+ yr.'s. I have lived thru the good years when you could buy dibencozide and ephedra everyplace you went. Up until recently the most potent supplementation I had done was a cycle of cybergenics. That was until I stumbled upon ph's. Anyway, old or not I have an apetite for learning and that's why i am here.

Welcome to the forum Moore. I'm the same way with supplements. Up until two years ago creatine and smilax was the craziest thing I'd taken.

We try to keep this forum an intelligent, respectful place, free of trolls and flames. Good to have another experienced lifter on board.

Oooh, ephedra. That almost kept me up just thinking about it.

Welcome man. I'm always up for sponging information from experienced guys, so I hope you at least pass along some of your Jedi Mind Tricks while you're here.
