Delighted that people on here are training on the old school methods. A much more realistic method for me as I do not participate in the use of supplements.

Should I post on the Beginners forum for now? Or do I post my training info on the Training Logs & my diet plan on the Nutrition forums?

Welcome .D.!! You'll find a great community here, and lots of support. As for your training log, there is a sub-forum specifically for trainings logs. You can post a little history, diet plan, routine, and progress for us to follow along with..

Hey Rich Knapp! I'm living in Inverness for now, which is about a 3-4hr drive north from Glasgow. Funnily enough I'm planning a move to Glasgow in the not too distant future if all goes to plan so I'll be right by the Clyde

That stright across the Clyde from Danoun (may be spelled wrong) we partied in Glasgow.
I was on the USS Hunley when it was there at the sub dry dock.

I loved it there.

I'd love to, but been out of Navy for years now. Ya lol My nick name was "Clyde" back then. The pear were the fairies land by the B&B right there on the Dunoon side. I was drunk and did 2 steps forward and 3 steps back. Right off and into the Clyde. lol
Partied here.
Fell off here.

This was my ship.

Wow cool pics!

My grandfather was in the navy in WW2. He was on the HMS Argonaut. The ship got famous for being torpedoed by the Bismarck (if memory serves me correctly) & half the ship sunk. & if my memory is correct again it was the half of the ship that had the engines that sunk. Now the remaining half of the ship managed to drift to shore with a few surviving crew members & my grandfather was one of them.

I wish I paid more attention to his stories now when I was a wee bairn! haha
