My first question WAS going to be, about recommending a new home routine. But I've recently flared up an old injury in my shoulder that was operated on..

Just after I signed up I decided I'd move back to callisthenics/all bodyweight training. At least until my shoulder feels more stable again, so the question I had intended to ask you guys It doesn't really apply at the moment..

Not a total loss I have always wanted to get back into callisthenic training, that's how I started out, and I generally enjoy the exorcises more than weights.

P.S. nice homily..& thanks for all the Welcome's
