Default Another Swede

Hi there! I'm new to this forum, so I decided to read a bit here and there and liked the atmosphere. With that being said I guess I'll continue to hand around here.

My name is Martin, 28 years old from Sweden. I've always liked strength in all kind of forms. Started with strength training when I was almost 15 years old. Quickly became stronger than all of my friends. Did a couple of powerlifting and bench contests before I injured my knees, started doing a lot of grip training instead, which went pretty good. Won a European grip championship among other things. Closed CoC #4 with my right hand, pretty close with my left (2010). I'm currently training to get strong(er) all over. I'm also struggling with a pec tear that I got in a strongman contest in august 2011.

My best results so far this year is:

Squat: 290 kg x 1, 250 kg x 8
Bench: 170 kg x 1
Deadlift: 290 kg x 1
Overhead press: 125 kg x 1 (easy) and 120 kg x 3

Thanks for welcoming me! And also for the kind words.

Josh: It's going pretty good, just recovering from a two week lumbago... I will start a training log later on (when my back is back to normal), and hopefully I'll do some grip training too, it's not really a priority for me at the moment.

Tannhauser: Thanks! I weigh somewhere around 140 kilos.
