Just joined last week. My name is Porter. I've lifted and worked out on & off for years, always with eventual failure. i figured I would join in the hopes of a little extra help, motivation and maybe some guidance. I'm looking to lose the spare tire and keep the muscle I have. I really don't know what the best method is to do both at the same time.
It's good to be here. Here's looking at leaving 30 pounds behind.
