My name is Casey, I'm a 25 year old white male. I have always been a heavy set, stocky build kind of dude and a few months ago I decided that if i was going to weigh 300lbs my whole life, It might as well be muscle! I'm currently in college for IT training. I'm a computer nerd & i like weight lifting so I'm kind of a miss-fit. My goals are simply too become a strong as i can (naturally) and live a healthier life.
