I see a lot of familiar people here. Some of you may remember me... some... perhaps just as well. I missed you all most of all.
I fell off the wagon this winter. Simply put, I got un-engaged and mega-depressed.
I stopped lifting and spent the winter growing an ass and gut. For those of you that don't know... if you want to keep depression in check... keep lifting.
I got an email from fenri who pointed me to this site. I haven't done anything as far as working out other than registering here. I still have a gym membership and I need to get there soon while I am motivated. I also could set up a decent home gym if I set up my cage.
I was doing 5X5's, I don't know what I'm capable of right now... probably very little except a lot of DOMs.
I'm an open book, starting over and all help would be appreciated.
