Hi! A little birdie (okay, a big beastly creature ) suggested that I stop by here and check it out. I definitely like what I see going on here!
My name is Kathy, I'm a 33 y/o female who has been lifting with more dedication for about a year and a half. I've recently transitioned over from a 5x5 program to a 5/3/1 ADJ with a few days of crossfit thrown in there, adding assistance work when I find it to be lacking on any given week. A bit unconventional, yes...but definitely keeps me on my toes. I also have been really geeking out about nutrition
I still have a lot to learn and am hoping to be able to gain some knowledge and share what I've picked up along my way as well.
