Default Hey there from Powerlifting Mama

Hey there! I'm Michelle. I'm a 42 year old powerlifter, I'm new to the sport (1 year). I'm married and have 2 awesome teen sons. I've lost 130 lbs over the past year through lifting heavy weights. I've been competing since last September and plan to keep going forever. My next meet is this weekend. I want to spread the word that girls who lift big are strong & beautiful.
