Well i would like to say hi from sunny Greece,
my name is tzo and i ve been lifting about a year and half with a small break in between.
my progress has been way better than i expected and im pretty happy with it but noob gains start to slow down so im searching the internets for serius lifting advice
i hope that i can educate myself a little bit more on the topic with your help
