Hi folks, just wanted to stop in to get bigger and stronger!
...Seriously though, I was surfing the web on ways to improve all around health, strength and size. Luckily I found Mab! I'm 47, 6'1, and weigh 220. I've been doing a modified 5x5 with some results considering Im coming off a pinched nerve in left arm. I couldn't lift a cup of coffee 3 months ago and decided I was going to get in shape, even though I've always been active in sports and outdoor activities. I don't have my true 1rm's at the moment in main lifts, but I'd like to start a log to keep me motivated. I'm just wanting a program with a oly lift , 2 compound and maybe 1 accessory(optional) 3 or 4 days a week. Any ideas or suggestions welcomed. Cheers!
