Just started training last month. My gym (in a small city in Turkey) is not so good on knowledge. They got me on a 3-day split 2 weeks after I started with mostly isolation exercises. So I started surfing the net looking to try and a find the 1% truth hidden in the billions of pages of trash to educate myself on training and nutrition. Stumbled across Steve on M&S, got to the BBOD vids, subscribed and landed here! Ill be asking more questions than Ill be answering, so thanks in advance!
