Workouts ?
Hey all Trueblood here first post on this site . Okay my question is where can i find a good workout program i am in a wheelchair and all the workout's i have seen so far are of able body instructors. Or its a video on YouTube and it takes for ever on the computer i am useing to pull it up. I am looking for somrthing that shows someone that cant walk the different exercises to build mass mucle?

Thanks for any and all your help.

Yeah ive seen some of his stuff . What i need is a goodwork out plan that goes over every thing . I am having trouble with my shoulder when im on the bench . I dont use much weight yet but i think i may have the wrong form or something . Ive found a lot of different programs but like i said they are all of able bodyed individuals and they seem to have more on the lower body. Man im not going to lie im new to the working out hard stuff but i have been useing light weights just to get my body used to it now i am ready to move on . I have been doing this for about a mounth and am ready to move on and start to add some mucel !

Here's Rich's profile: Muscle and Brawn Forums - View Profile: Rich Knapp
he might not mind if you PM him

Also, you'll get better replies if you post this on another section of the forum with a thread title like "Need Advice on Training in a Wheelchair." Probably one of these sections:

1. Muscle Building and Bodybuilding - Muscle and Brawn Forums
2. Powerlifting & Strength Training - Muscle and Brawn Forums

Another option might to to ask BendtheBar in his Q&A thread. he's very good at replying to everyone with quality responses within 2-3 days:

Hi :)

I agree with the others, Rich Knapp may be the person to approach with regards to a workout that is suitable.
