Hello chaps

Got sent in this direction after stumbling across the 'The Big Bearded Beast of Duloc's' channel and was grateful to come across such concise and no bullshit advice!

Looking to start a workout log tommorow now i'm coming back from 4 weeks of injury and letting my diet go

So you can all track my slow noobie progress!
