Seem like a great forum.
A few things about me
I'm 30 from Dublin,Ireland
from my early 20's to my late 20's I let myself get into bad shape,
Started lifting about 2&half years ago, I did strong-lifts 5x5, got bigger & stronger, Then took up kickboxing, had a couple of novice fights.
at present I'm trying decide weather I should dedicate my time to weights only & add some decent size to my frame
or split the difference between strength & kickboxing.
I want to pick a goal and work backwards.
