Finally got around to joining up after a friend told me about this place.
As far as me, I'm pretty new to the whole weightlifting circuit. I just finished a 5x5 strength workout and am currently in week 3 of a Wendler 5/3/1 program.
Goals are to get leaner and stronger basically. I'm looking forward to sharing what I can, and learning as much as possible!
