Hello
 
Hey;

Finally got around to joining up after a friend told me about this place.

As far as me, I'm pretty new to the whole weightlifting circuit. I just finished a 5x5 strength workout and am currently in week 3 of a Wendler 5/3/1 program.

Goals are to get leaner and stronger basically. I'm looking forward to sharing what I can, and learning as much as possible!

getting leaner and stronger at the same time but can be done if you put your time in and hard work in and ask us what you need you can do it. BTW Welcome to MAB!
