Default Hello All

I'm AdamNC. This forum was highly recommended by Steve Shaw (Beardedbeast...) from Youtube. I've never joined a fitness forum, or any forum for that matter, but I figured this would be a good resource for bodybuilding information. Just a life-long, athletically challenged, skinny guy that's tired of being blown around in crosswinds. Any insight that could be dispensed would be appreciated.
