My name is Christopher Watkins I've been training for about 15 years. In 2007 I got into a horrible car accident that left me bed ridden for over a year and after that I looked like I never lifted a weight in my life. To say the least it was very discouraging. I said the hell with it and just threw in the towel on training. Then one day I realized I love this too much and started training again. I started back on 3/11/2011 and I haven't looked back since. When I started back I was 260lbs at 33% BF. A fat mess. I dropped 90lbs in little less than year. Got down to a lean 173lbs at 9.51% BF as of March 2012. I started slowly bulking back up. I am currently at 205lbs. I haven't done my BF since. I just use the mirror and I'm still looking pretty lean. I am gonna start my cut in April to see where I'm at. I will definitely post my progress.
