I am 17 and a junior in high school and trying to get into a powerlifting routine so that I can get on the weight lifting team my senior year .
BodyWeight: 196lbs
Bench: 250lbs
Dead Lift: 335lbs
overhead press: 185lbs
squat: 315
I can use all the nutritional and training advice I can get.

Need a little more info.

What 4 days is it?

Do you make it consistantly?

Is it in a certain time frame, how much gym time do you have?

As far as good advice i would say Eat Big, Train Big, Sleep Big, you'll be BIG!
