powerlifting school teacher
Hey everyone. I've learned some nice tips visiting the site and thought I'd join in for some conversation and motivation.
Age: 48 in April
Weight 204.2lbs last night (will cut to 198 class)
Raw current PR's:
Finally reached a total of over 1,100 lbs and will compete in my first meet in Tulsa, OK in May. Unfortunately, I train in my garage weightroom alone. I was a small college athlete and have been weight training for many years.
