Just thought I would introduce myself, my names Anthony,32yo, started serious lifting just 2 months ago, after doing a "Bro split" for the last year I switched to a 5x5 program and have never felt better.
Current bench is 250lbs, Deadlift is 370lbs, the Squat is my weak point because until 2 months ago I never did a single squat just leg presses so my current squat is only 250lbs, looking to hit the 3/4/5 goals by mid next year (is that too unrealistic?)
