Introduction from Ugo

Hello Guys and girls, My name is Ugo. This looks like a great site. Seems like a group of very encouraging people. I have been training pretty much my whole life.Seriously for about 42 years. I'm a couple months short of 56 years old. My main interest through out the years has been power lifting ever though I was far from being naturally strong. I did compete in about 7 power lifting meets through out the years, the last being in 2005. I am lifetime drug free. Not nearly as strong as I used to be, but still enjoy training. Hope to be able to learn from, and maybe contribute something to the forum. Thank you very much. Ugo

Welcome, Ugo! i think some other people would want to welcome you, too, but they probably won't notice you in this thread. This actually isn't a thread for all new members, it's just a thread that 1 particular new member started. The thread title is deceiving.
You should start your own thread, and then everyone will notice your introduction. BendtheBar (the site owner) and some other veteran members make a point of responding to every new introduction thread.
your insight into lifting will be valuable here; i think people of all experience levels will benefit from your experience.
