Hey all!

Joined the forum because I enjoy the articles and thought I would check out the forum as well.

I have been following the Wendler 5/3/1 template for roughly a year with great success.

My workout mentality follows pulling and pushing exercises+squats and deadlifts. I like to keep it simple.
