Default Hi I am new on here

I'm 43 and in the best shape of my life ...I am 6'3" 205 I have reach the weight I want ..now I want Ripped...focused hard on my Abs right now ..any excersises or nutrition tips would be appreciated ..thanks for having me !

If you want to be ripped at 205, then you will need to bulk up to be bigger than 205 and then cut down (lose fat). If you cut now (which you can), you will end up somewhere in the 180-185 range depending on how much fat you are now carrying. And at that weight, you might not feel as if you have enough muscle.
