Default Intro

Hey guys,

Finally joining the forums after hearing about it in BBOD's videos.

I'll probably start a training log.

I'm currently finishing my first SL5x5 (modified) cycle and seeing great gains, but it just isn't helping me get to my goals. It's too low volume.
So after hearing so much good about Wendler's, I bought it and find it amazing.
I've already prepared the template, and it isn't too much different from SL5x5 so I'm only adding on, not reinventing my routine.

Briefly, my goals are to get leaner, stronger AND a faster runner. That is what has been the problem with SL5x5, squatting three times a week and trying to get good running sessions has been nearly impossible and left me mentally drained out of the gym.

Anyways, don't want to make this thing too long.

I wouldn't be doing as much running otherwise.. did not miss it. (used to run a lot)
