Also, I like doing pullups for grip strength and obviously for all the other goodness that go along with pullups!

Day #: 9
Power lifting, football practice, and a brutal military workout
Juggernaut HP 2 scoops

Today I knew I would have a long workout so I decided to try 2 scoops to give me a little extra boost. I did my routine weight lifting for today which is all arms and then got ready for practice. My coach says we might have a little quest. So I get down to the practice field and the National Guard is there with all sort of equipment ready to work us. Its a course that we took three laps around. first, you start with ten tire flips. then you do 30 kettle-bell swings (15 in each arm). Then you take a medicine ball and throw it at the ground 20 times repeatedly. Next we do farmers walk and then into a sandbag front squat of 40 reps! Then its 20 sledge hammer swings into a tire (10 in each arm) and finally a sprint all the way across the field to the beginning for another round. There were no breaks in-between anything. This took us like 40 min and made some kids puke. THIS WAS ONE OF THE TOUGHEST WORKOUTS OF MY LIFE! Thank god I my Juggernaut HP so I could endure. Football practice was shortened thankfully but still an awesome workout with heavy weight, some endurance stuff and practice.

Taste 10/10
Mixability 9/10
Strength 9/10
Focus 7/10
Pump 8/10
Overall Performance 9/10

Oh and I even managed to go to the driving range and work up a sweat hitting balls! Talk about getting in shape!
