Day #: 7
Power lifting
Juggernaut HP 1 and 1/4 scoop

It feels so good to get back in the weight room. Main lifts for yesterday were 6 sets of three on bench, push-press, and bent over rows. Followed by an arms superset (and a nice 2 mile walk with my mom). My arms were feeling great. Overall great workout.

Taste 10/10
Mixability 9/10
Strength 9/10
Focus 8/10
Pump 8/10
Overall Performance 9/10

Today I have legs and then a 7 on 7 football game with a couple other high schools. I am getting HUGE!!!

Day #: 8
Power lifting
Juggernaut HP 1 and 1/4 scoop

Finally back from Mexico and most importantly back in the weight room! I love Juggernaut HP because the energy boost allows me to easily get back into my routine after a week off. Today I did 3 sets of 6 on Cleans, Front Squat and Buddy hamstring curls. Then I did a dynamic of K-Bell Squares and finally finished with a superset of 3 sets of ten on RDLs (Romanian Dead Lifts), Split squats and box jumps. My legs feel awesome.

Taste 10/10
Mixability 9/10
Strength 9/10
Focus 8/10
Pump 8/10
Overall Performance 9/10

When I do "high reps" of cleans (anything 6 and over for me haha) my forearms get extremely tired. I begin to loos my grip and I hate readjusting because I try to keep the tension. Does anybody know any great grip strength exercises or something I can do while I Clean to improve my performance?

Grip? Yes! Farmers Walks. Grab a set of heavy dumbbells as tight as you can and walk with them for a minute, if you can. Try 2 sets to start, up the weight when you can.

Also anything that makes a larger grip bar, such as Fat Gripz.
