Sorry, he's on vacation, he will be hitting 2-a-days hard when he gets back in order to get ready for the season! Can't wait to hear about the trip AK-47!

Day #: 4
Power lifting and then football practice
Juggernaut HP 1 and 1/4 scoop

(posting about yesterday)

After being away for a week I was so glad to come back and get in the weight room. I wasn't able to do much on vacation. The Hotel didn't even have dumbbells! I was a little worried that I would lack stamina in my workout and be out of shape but taking the Juggernaut HP when I got back really helped me preform. I was an animal. I did two days of lifts in 60 min to get caught up. Then after I was able to compete at practice and felt energized.

Taste 10/10
Mixability 9/10
Strength 9/10
Focus 8/10
Pump 8/10
Overall Performance 9/10

I love this Stuff!!!

Day #: 5
Power lifting
Juggernaut HP 1 and 1/4 scoop

Awesome workout yesterday. I was able to get in and do work. Did overhead push press as my first exercise. 3 sets going 8 reps, 6 reps, and then 4 reps with increasing weight. I was focused and doing a surprising amount of weight and the rest of the workout was the same. Juggernaut HP made me feel like an animal!!!

Taste 10/10
Mixability 9/10
Strength 9/10
Focus 8/10
Pump 8/10
Overall Performance 9/10

I am about to go workout for today. Fridays are tough and mainly legs.

Getting Huge!!!

Excellent! Really long and tough workout and Juggernaut HP definitely helped me through it. My Coach is insane. He had me do Clean and Jerk with sandbags!!! It works on your grip so much. We also did farmers walk. My forearms and legs fell great.

I am going to be at a national debate tournament for a week so I probably won't post for a while. Who knows I may just take some Juggernaut HP before I go into the debate?

John Butz and I do Farmers. We use dumbbell a but have seen those that are essentially a long barbell with a large grip. You also may want to look into large grip items such as Fat Gripz or 2-inch bars.

I've got Fat Gripz if you ever want to borrow. We have the 2 inch bars at my gym.

I also do Farmers with DB's. Good stuff man!

Just grad a pair of bells with a tight grip and walk as far as you can. If you could use something like hand towels or large sponges, it increases the girth of the bar and helps build your forearms.
