There is some creative in JHP. About 3G per scoop. An augment to JHP would be CarnoCre. It is basically creating and Beta Alanine. There are a number of flavors that would mix well with whatever flavor of JHP you have.

Day #:2
A little jog with some sprints at the end followed up by a core routine
Juggernaut HP 1 and 1/4 scoop

Once again a great pre workout. I knew I needed to workout today even though it wasn't a lifting day so after dinner I took my Juggernaut HP, stretched, and went through a quick and effective workout.

Taste 9/10
Mixability 9/10
Strength 9/10
Focus 9/10
Pump 8/10
Overall Performance 9/10

I was really surprised at my stamina. I haven't really gone on a run in a while and haven't ran frequently enough to be in good shape but I could definitely see the results of Juggernaut HP. It gave me the focus and the drive to push myself through the workout and ran at a pretty good pace. I am definitely sore from yesterday's workout . I have a simir workout tomorrow and then it's back to the wait room for some power lifting.

I've used JHP for running before and it felt kinda like a nitro-boost. So much that I use before races like 5K's. Infinite Labs does have another PWO called Pre Fight that is more geared toward stamina and endurance type activities, so that's what I use on "cardio" days. Nothing beats JHP though! Glad you are liking the Pink Lemonade (my fav).
