Default Hey

How are you liking the Juggernaut HP? I am loving it, feel crazy focused and a little more intense than usual.

took last 2 days off. had 3 games the last 2 nights. not sure if i am growing right now or not. body aches. there is a carnival in town so i am doing my best to stay away from the fried snickers bars and funnel cakes... it does suck that they have this thing across the street from my gym. we are adding on here at work and the owners are adding a gym into the new addition. will be great to be able to just get a pump on before a meeting. :-)

anywho back to the JHP i have replaced my coffee with it. i like not having coffee breath.
tomorrow is chest day then going trap shooting. should be a great combination. I will see if the JHP gives me the concentration to hit a target...

I can't stand coffee. Agree with the taste/breath some have. JHP has many flavors to choose from as well.

Hit a monster over the "green monster" in left at Blackburn on Friday. Too bad, the team only scored 2 runs all game. You will not win a softball game scoring 2 runs.

Glad to hear you are in the Get Shredded, Get Swag Challenge, and changing up the routine. Can't wait to see how it goes. Let me know if you are thinking about trying any other products. IL's Final Cutz is a great fat-burner to get shredded with!

WOW thats huge... even if you only scored 2 runs. agreed you cant win with 2 runs. thats the problem we are running into. well not really running per say when you cant get on base.

Today was a new workout kinda day. I am now focusing on negatives. 1 second push, 4 second drop.

Bench press 170lbs x 8 reps - 4 sets
Dumbbell Incline BP 40lbs x 8 reps - 4 sets, 35x8-1, 30x8-1, 25x8-1
Dumbbell BP 45x8-4, 40x8-1, 35x8-1, 30x8-1
Machine Fly -145x8-4, 135x8-1, 125x8-1
Preacher Curl - 65x8-4, 45x8-1, 35x8-1
seated DB curl - 30x8-4, 25x8-2
Cable Drag Curl - 70x8-4, 60x8-1
pushups- 3 sets of 10

after this workout i was a sweaty mess and worn out.

Love the finisher of bodyweight pushups after all that just to make sure you're completely wiped out. A lot of times I'll do a finisher like that and just do max reps - til you drop!

Nice work man.

well the goal was to get into the gym and spin this morning. however, i was in my office at 420am working on a deadline.

i did take my 2 scoops of JHP before coming in. the focus while designing a detailed grading plan was crazy... its like i had a Beautiful Mind moment. everything just came together.

If i can get out of here before 5 i will head to the gym and spin.
