Day 11
was able to obtain a lot of sleep over the weekend. consumed clean meals and over all i feel as if i am growing just in the short time i have been using. Some days i dread shoulders but i know its the linkage that holds everything together.

Overall Performance 9.5/10

DB Shoulder Press 45x5 @4 sets
DB Lat Raise 35x5 @3 sets
Cable Front Raise 40x5 @3 sets
Upright Row 140x5 @3 sets
BB shrug 245x5 @3 sets
Reverse Machine Flyes 130x5 @3 sets
Standing Front BB Raise Over Head 45x8 @3 sets
DB shrug 70x5 @3 sets
Calf Press on Leg Press 315x30 @ 4 sets

Tomorrow i am going to work the legs. no games tomorrow night so all should be good.

Strength 9/10 - for some reason it took a little longer for me to feel it. (2 scoops)

Focus 10/10 -

Pump 10/10 - after it kicked in, felt great

Overall Performance 9.5/10

Squats 225x5 @ 4 sets (no smith machine)
Leg Press 300x6 @ 3 sets
Leg Extensions 140x5 @ 3 sets
Deadlift 225x5 @ 3 sets (rest pause on final set, 135x15)

ab work 30 mins various crunches, 12# ball leg lifts, scissor kicks.

Totally understand the two scoops. I use two all the time. It works good for me. Also for me it seems that 14-16oz of water does well.

so do folks take this on off days to keep it in their system? today and tomorrow are going to be my off days because i am extremely broken down right now. just wanted to know if i should replace my coffee with this awesome stuff... its like a wonder drug for me. i know PWO treats everyone differently.

Thanks, with yesterday being an off day i took 2 scoops before my softball games. seems to increase my range of field. today was supposed to be an off day but i just couldnt stay away. will post results later on today.

took today off from lifting. playing in a golf tournament. family comes home tonight. maybe get back in the gym saturday or sunday.

Ladies love a man with broad shoulders. Its scientific. JHP, work out harder + longer + more intensity = growth. Can't wait to hear about leg day. We've got 2 games tonight!
